Full scan purchase terms

One Full scan

A one-time purchase provides one Full scan: six category scores and detailed feedback on your image. It does not start a subscription or renew automatically. The checkout shows the currency and total payable, including applicable taxes. Purchased scans do not expire, are attached to your account and cannot be transferred.

Plus

Plus is a separate subscription. Where eligible, the introductory first-month price and the regular monthly renewal price appear before purchase. Plus renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel online. Existing subscribers keep their current contract and price. See the Plus subscription terms.

Delivery and retries

Your scan becomes available after payment is confirmed. No image is required to buy it, and payment does not automatically start a scan. You choose an image and start the Full scan separately. Failed or rejected scans do not consume your purchase. A reservation interrupted by a connection failure is released within five minutes unless the result completed. Retrying the same image, surface and language retrieves a completed result without using another purchased scan.

Purchased results stay unlocked after you use your available scans. Image previews remain available for seven days under the normal history rules. Deleting a result removes access to it. Deleting your account also deletes unused scans; contact support about unused purchases first.

Earlier purchases

Earlier coin purchases remain valid under their accepted terms. The new interface presents purchased access as Full scans. Positive remaining purchased balances that do not cover a whole number of Full scans are rounded up once at no charge when your account moves to this model. Free coin grants and coin-drop emails have ended. Historical transaction and refund records are retained.

Withdrawal, refunds and support

Contact the provider via the Impressum or Billing Help to request a refund or exercise a statutory withdrawal right. We offer a refund for an unused Full scan within 14 days of purchase. Requesting immediate access does not waive statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning defective services. Refunds and disputes remove the corresponding purchased access; if already used, further paid scans may be unavailable until the balance is resolved.

Privacy

If you select an image before opening the offers, signing in or paying, this browser temporarily stores the prepared image, surface, feedback language and save time. It can be restored for 30 minutes and is deleted after a successful scan or when an expired copy is next encountered. Clearing site data removes it sooner. No image or feedback is sent to Stripe.

We store account identifiers, purchase references, accepted terms versions, scan transactions, image fingerprints and completed results to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate charges and process refunds. See the Privacy Policy. The general Terms of Use also apply.
